DropFour ("we", "us") operates the website playconnect4.net and the DropFour Android application. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Gameplay data: moves, ratings, puzzle progress, and lesson completion stored to provide matchmaking and learning features.
• Device & usage: IP address, browser or app version, and crash logs for security and reliability.
• Payments: subscription status via Stripe (web) or Google Play (Android) — we do not store full card numbers.

Advertising & cookies

Free accounts may see ads served by Google AdSense (web) or Google AdMob (mobile). These partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show relevant ads. On the web we show a cookie notice so you can acknowledge this use before continuing. You can upgrade to Remove ads or Pro to turn ads off. See Google's privacy policy for how they process ad data. Region-specific consent tools (for example GDPR/CCPA) may be expanded as traffic grows.

How we use data

We use your information to run the game (matchmaking, leaderboards, puzzles, lessons), process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@playconnect4.net. We may retain minimal records required for legal or billing purposes.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Marketing is aimed at teens 13+ and adults (chess players, puzzle fans, casual strategists). Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
