Acceptance

By using DropFour (website or Android app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

We provide online four-in-a-row play, puzzles, lessons, analysis, cosmetics, and optional paid subscriptions. Features may change; we aim to notify users of material changes when practical. The service is intended for adults and teens 13 and older — not for children under 13.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not share accounts, cheat, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe (web) or Google Play (Android app), according to each platform's terms. Refunds follow the applicable payment provider policy. Subscription benefits apply while your subscription is active. An iOS app is not currently offered; App Store billing does not apply until we ship iOS.

Advertising

Free accounts may display third-party advertisements. Remove-ads and Pro subscribers receive an ad-free experience where technically supported on each platform.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
